I AM Lenten Yoga Series

Journey through Lent by preparing your heart, mind, body, and soul to celebrate Jesus, the I AM, on Easter Sunday.

The season of Lent is the 40 days (Mon-Sat) from Ash Wednesday to Easter Sunday. In the same way Advent prepares us to celebrate the birth of Jesus at Christmas, Lent helps us honor the life, sacrifice, death, and resurrection of Jesus, and readies our hearts to celebrate Easter.

Over the seven Saturdays of Lent, you have the opportunity to center your mind, body, and soul on Jesus alongside our sweet community. In this yoga series, you will mindfully calm your mind and nervous system, care for your body, and grow your love for Jesus as we ponder and meditate on the seven I AM statements of Jesus. These seven statements from John’s gospel will help us have a deeper understanding of our need for Jesus, His perfect provision, and fill us with joy as we celebrate His victory over sin and death! All fitness and yoga levels welcome!

Single class drop-in is $18 as space is available.

Terms & Conditions: Your series purchase is fully refundable through Wednesday, 2/18/26 if you provide notice via email to sarah@adorationyoga.com. After 2/18/26, your series purchase is nonrefundable, but may be resold or gifted to a friend.

You many also gift your pre-paid spot to a friend if you know you plan to miss one of the classes. Please notify me if you do this, so I can plan accordingly.

If inclement weather or another unexpected situation arises, you will be notified of a class cancellation ahead of time via email and class will be rescheduled.
