Hips & Heart Yoga Series
Release tension from your hips and build supporting strength while cultivating a heart of thankfulness to the Lord.

Do your hips often feel tight and tense? When you stretch, do you gain temporary relief from your hip pain only for it to come right back? Are you feeling the desire to improve your overall wellness and foster more joy and contentment in your life?
In our Hips & Heart 2 class yoga series, you will learn movements and stretches to improve your hip mobility and strength exercises for your core and glutes to better support your hip joints and prevent tension and pain.
You will also meditate on God’s Word and seek to cultivate a heart of gratitude to the Lord by fostering a regular rhythm of expressing thankfulness. All fitness and yoga levels welcome!

You many also gift your pre-paid spot to a friend if you know you plan to miss one of the classes. Please notify me if you do this, so I can plan accordingly.
If inclement weather or another unexpected situation arises, you will be notified of a class cancellation ahead of time via email and class will be rescheduled.
