Refresh your mind, body, & soul this summer with yoga in the sunshine and Christ-centered meditation!

Take your practice outside this summer with courtyard yoga! You’ll have designated time for yourself to calm your mind, care for your body and look to God’s Word to be encouraged and uplifted. All levels of fitness and yoga experiences are welcome!

*If attending both classes, you will need to purchase two drop-in spots.

Terms & Conditions: Your class drop-in purchase is fully refundable through the Friday before class if you provide notice via email to sarah@adorationyoga.com. After the Friday before class, your drop-in purchase is nonrefundable, but may be resold or gifted to a friend.

If inclement weather or another unexpected situation arises on the day of a class, the class will be moved indoors to our regular yoga room or rescheduled. You will be notified of class cancellation ahead of time via the email you registered with.
